At least it's a Boxster, and not another 911. We should be happy. This means Porsche is starting to realize they might have a bit too many 911's.

But, if you think about it, there aren't that many 911's. First you have the 16 base models (C4S, C2S, C2 Cab, TT, TTS etc). Then we have a Carrera GTS coupe and cab. Next we have a Speedster and GT2 RS. Then, a Black Edition coupe/cab. It's not really that many if you think about it. That's only 6 limited editions, and two of those aren't actually limited editions. And which one of you wouldn't want a GT2 RS or Speedster?

 

I am surprised they didnt release a Carrera GTS Targa 4 and a Carrera GTS Targa 4S

 

lol, I know what's next, we are going to have a 'white edition' next, right after they sell all the black editions.

 

They started it already, Boxster Porsche Design Edition 2, Panamera 4S Middle East Edition

 

No, next we're going to see a Cayman Black Edition, then an RS 4.0. A car that will make people stop complaining about the 911.
