I haven't been around here and the car hasn't gotten the attention it deserved... but she is finally running where she should be.

I just wanted to share some photos a friend of mine in Lexington took of the car today at Keeneland. (Opening day is friday!)

It's a 01 986S with a 02 996 3.6... full 7.2 to 7.8 DME swap with a ton of other fun goodies...






























and yeah I know I need the clear headlights, but I always seem to want to spend that $ on track tires

I had the help of a indy shop in Lexington (Stuttgart motors)... They did the heavy lifting, and I did the swap specific things. And you're right... the brain swap is not the easiest!
