Post Member harajuka's 997 front end conversion

"My 997 front end conversion has finally begun... Just got back my fenders from the painters yesterday. They edged the side so I can install them.. Once I have everything it will go back to the painters for the complete paint job.

I want to take the time to thank BASF for providing the paint. I got a hold of their Glasurit line which is their top of the line paint used for all high end cars. Also Custom Coatings of St Augustine FL, who will be doing the paint job."

I am subscribing to this thread, so please update it with lots of pics when it's finished!

Looks awesome, IMO will look better than the 911

Excellent! This is one of my favorite conversions! It's exciting to see this take shape.

What other sort of goodies are planned for the car. Get in touch if you need anything. I'd love to be able to be a part of a fellow Floridian project car like this!!

Ok finally got the car back from the paint shop, and have to say Im super happy with the outcome! Let me know what you guys think It's a modified Ruf bumper btw, with the front slits removed and a different top vent.

Ill have more pics, once its all cleaned up, the fender well panels put back in etc.
