Fabspeed Motorsport Sport Headers

Fabspeed's Sport Headers for the 987 Boxster/Cayman and 986 Boxster are constructed from 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel, C.N.C. mandrel bent equal length primary pipes for equalized engine pulsing and maximum exhaust flow. Our header systems utilize a 3-into-1 high velocity merge collector for better exhaust scavenging and more power especially in the low RPM range. We only use HJS 200 cell per square inch sport catalytic converters for optimum flow and lifetime durability. These catalytic converters are the strongest on the market and will not set off the C.E.L. on any Porsche application. Fabspeed designed and manufactured our Sport Headers to replace the factory/OEM headers for a direct fit and can be used with the stock exhaust or any aftermarket exhaust which fits like OEM. Check out Fabspeed Motorsports: 987 Cayman Porsche Maxflo Exhaust System for more information on Porsche Cayman products. If you have any questions or comments on the Fabspeed Sport Headers, don't hesitate to P.M. or email Joey@fabspeed.com

Cobalt987S is an unknown quantity at this point
The new headers with the new HJS cats look good and also look a little different than the earlier versions, have you changed fabricators and have you dyno tested the new headers ?

Cobalt987S: Thank you for the comments on our header system and these are the same headers we've been offering for the Boxster/Cayman since we started production, but now we have them available with the stronger HJS 200 cell catalytic converters. We only have dyno numbers combined with our Maxflo exhaust system available but we will dyno just the headers with a stock exhaust so we can have concrete numbers.
