Hotter Version Range Rover Sport On The Way?

It seems Land Rover may be working on a higher output version of the new Range Rover Sport. Our TS spies spotted this Sport just outside the Nürburgring, featuring a new agressive front bumper with much bigger air-intakes, suggesting to us that a more powerful power-plant is lurking under there.

Right now the top of the line supercharged Sport cranks out 510hp, and gets from 0-60 in 5 seconds flat, but maybe an ultra-exclusive higher output variant is to be added to the line up? All of this is purely speculation and this could turn out to be nothing more then an aero-kit that will be offered as an option for the current range.

With the X5M and X6M out - and selling like crazy - I can definitely see this being a good move. This would also help distinguish the Sport as a more sporty and fast model, as opposed to just a "lesser" Range Rover.

 

Don't be supprised if they roll out a 550hp version
