So, does anyone happen to know what happened to the sports car concept Bentley was going to show at the Paris Motor Show? I was under the assumption they'd be showing an actual concept car, not just a "concept" of their GT3 racer. Anyone know anything about this?

According to my info, there'll be a sports car, but it will be still based on Continental GT platform, think of road-going GT3 version. No new chassis, no absolutely new body. At least for now, they can always change their mind and show an interesting concept, but only a concept.

Also the same with Maserati, they are still coming with a mid-engined model. I was pretty sure they were gonna present it this show but nothing....

 

a "road version" GT3 would actually be pretty nifty even still IMHO.

 

Well I heard they were going to make a GT2 and it was supposed to debut sometime this fall.

 

Why wait for Bentley? ECU and exhaust upgrades can bring her up to 650 to 670hp+. A stage 3 build can run her up to 850hp+. Now all you have to do is matched your functional areodynamics with what bodykit companies suit your taste. Mine already runs over 650hp+. Faster than the SS and Speed model. With carbonfiber hoods, front and rear bumper, trunk, and skirts. Plus lighter sports exhaust than factory and delete the spare and you got a luxurious beast.
