Bentley Mulsanne Convertible Concept - As real as it gets for now
French artist Khalil Bouguerra gives us our best look at the proposed drop-top Mulsanne

British automaker Bentley Motors, recently announced its plans for a new Mulsanne Drop-top to the world in a serious of artistic sketches, but Bentley did show a Mulsanne Convertible Concept to a select few at the 2012 edition of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Possibly a stealthy attendee snapped a mobile phone photo that graced the in-box of French artist Khalil Bouguerra, who has produced the stunningly realistic CGI.

The Volkswagen Group-controlled company has been selectively showing the concept and said that over the next few months, it will continue to show the car to the prospective buyers.

We'd expect the sophisticated drop-top to feature the same 6.8L V-8 power-plant, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission as found in the current Mulsanne saloon, and to be priced from at least $350,000.

The Mulsanne is my favorite Lux auto. They should wrap the veneer all the way around the rear deck.

I'm a huge fan of both versions! Bentley is doing things right!

 

I would take this over the Phantom DHC any day! It looks alot better that the Azure!! I rather see it in reality!!
