Spied: 2013 Range Rover Winter Testing Again
Significant weight reductions with increased fuel efficiency will make this one popular flag-ship
Our trusty Teamspeed spy photographers have caught the 2013 Range Rover prototype winter testing again. The model is still heavily disguised, but we can see it will feature a clam-shell hood, massive headlights and a sloping roof-line. Furthermore, the vehicle appears significantly larger which should result in additional rear seat legroom and added cargo capacity. Engine options will likely carry over from the current model, but we can also expect to see hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants that borrow technology from the Range e concept.
Additional information is limited, but previous reports have indicated the Range Rover will ride an aluminum chassis that is being developed with the assistance of Jaguar, and could save the new flag-ship Rover up to 400 kg than the current model. The redesigned Range Rover could be introduced in late 2012 as 2013 model.

I am currently shopping for a luxury SUV for the family. I really can't decide if I should wait for this new range or get the new G63 AMG this summer with June production. I love both of them and they both look promising!
