She was probably rocking some serious heels.

You can see the Evoque top left, next to a RR Sport for size comparison:

Salesman said the roofline was about 6" lower. Looks about right from the photo. Thanks..I'm looking forward to seeing it in person.

You've got a bit of a wait. Congrats, I'm sure it'll be worth it.

Doubled is an unknown quantity at this point
Congratulations on the order. I also wanted to order Evoque for my wife since I liked the exterior, interior, options, engines etc. (almost everything) But still was suscpicious about its size - I haven't been to Geneva or other carshows and haven't seen it in flesh. Then I wrote on paper height, width, wheelbase and length stats for this and all BMW and RR SUV's.
Ang guess what - in almost all of these, it is smaller than not just X3, but even X1!!! It made re-think my order for sure!

I can see a lot of people thinking that to be honest. Living in the UK I found the RR Sport I had for a couple of weeks a little too large for the roads around me, so the Evoque is perfect.

It is going to be interesting to see if the Evoque can live up to the RR brand I think it'll walk it to be honest after my experience at Geneva.
