Not a fan of it on the Drophead either - but what I am a massive fan of is the blacked out headlight housings. I've always wondered how difficult it is to do that on a non-Supersports Conti.
I've taken apart my fair share of VAG headlights over the years, and they are nearly impossible to open up!

Thats your opinion, I disagree completely. The car looks great in person and gets nothing but compliments anywhere I go. The pics do not show the detail and it looks like silver vinyl, in person when you run your hand over it it feels and looks identical to brushed aluminum.
Do you guys that do not like it on this like it on the Drophead?

I would have wrapped the roof and the top of the rear deck-lid and side mirrors with the vinyl as well, it would not look so awkward, and would look a lot classier IMO
