Problems with CGT Performance

Anyone have any ideas? I was bored today and took my GT out to get some Vbox runs.. Its really the first time I mashed it to try and get a 1/4 mile time.. Before I simply did some 0-60 times and seemed ok to me..Push comes to shove my BEST time was a 13.5@100.8 mph... The majority of the runs it ran UNDER 100mph... I know its not me as I tried the car in every mode possible.. SPORT... DRIVE... and shifting myself ( useless as it still shifts by itself) and all the runs were virtyually identical...

Seems as though the car gets going then falls on its face posting a best of 13.3 to 100mph...

As a side note last week we tested Alexs 750IL which gets killed by the Bentley in every test and we got a best of 13.9@103mph with 3 people in the car!

I get the car off the line good with a 1.8 60ft time... and then the car does all the work and falls on its face... Pissing me off..

I wanted to get numbers to compare before and after I get the mods done..

There are definitely some errors with the electronics, may be for some reason electronics cutting the fuel supply, if you had normal start and them car really slows than try to find problems with car's electronics.

I had few speed runs in ex-my Continental GTC last year - best 1/4 mile try was 12.9 seconds and 169 km/h if I am not mistaken. Sorry, no vids, that was spontaneous event in Lithuania during Nissan GTR press test, they had VBOX and I decided to run my GTC to records time as well. I am missing that car so much

If it's ECU related, sounds like nothing a tune couldn't fix. Assuming of course the electronics are capable of whatever protocol is needed i.e. lengthening the injection event etc... Still a badass ride!

slykmr is an unknown quantity at this point
Almost sounds like a heat soak issue with the Turbos or something? Too hot out? Or otherwise an electronic gremlin issue. Damn hope the ECU tune fixes this as I am still in the market for one of these.

I am confused as to how this could be turbo heat soak? Does the GT utilize A/W coolers or A/A?

have you had any work done to the ecu? I had a similar issue in my CGT years back, I had to take the car to the dealer have them re-flash the ecu and went with a different program and new filters in the car, and it ran amazingly well, even with 22" wheels on the car
