I think your comparison to the SL65 BS is very interesting, but I just can't get over the weight issue. The SuperSports weighs about 2.250 kilos, and that's rather a lot for something purpoting to be a driver's car. The Black Series is almost 400 kilograms lighter, at a still pretty portly 1870 kgs. I just have a hard time seeing the core appeal of a car that costs a third more than a Conti GT Speed, with no usable back seats, manual seats, and a weight of more than two metric tons. You're probably not gonna get GT3 RS-like handling...
Regardless, somebody's probably gonna buy it. I wonder if any countries have any kind of tax exemptions for bio-fuel compatible vehicles?
