Any idea what this could be out of?
we bought this years ago at an auction, had the mount built for it. But we have no clue what it's out of.. Any idea? It's in cali right now so I don't have a picture of the plaque, but any ideas?

Oh I've seen one of those before!!!
Unfortunately I believe this is not the real deal, most likely a replica.
From the fuel lines and and bolts used, I would definitely say this is a reconstruction, originating from Russia, unfortunately I really can't tell what city it could come from. 87% chances it's from Minsk, but I could be way off.
Era is harder to figure out, but I would say 1930s give or take 5 years.
They used these for jackhammer sextoys, sold a lot in Sweden. Let me guess, it fits in the trunk of an A8?

I'm 90% sure it's a Wright engine, but it seems to be earlier than the popular Cyclone versions. Pretty close to the R-1820, but smaller. Maybe a P-2? I can't find proper evidence ...
