Mounting brackets for the LCD's are now in as well as the headliner (top part hasn't been fastened yet). Ignore the blue carpet as that will be replaced after everything else is done:

When doing a significant retrofit like this, is there a dramatic change in useful load or weight & balance?

We are looking at updating the avionics in the next couple of months which would shave about 250 pounds off the nose. It's super pricey, though, so we're still not sold on it.

Other than that, not much change at all.
