Those taildraggers skimming the water with their front gear had me holding my breath. The A-10 flying over the tank was insane, it looked like the soldier filming could've reached out and touched the plane.

I wonder how they could pull off stuff like that without getting into serious trouble

is there no flight data analysis like Airlines do to "convict" pilots of having exceeded certain limits or disregarded procedures

First, I have to say how much I really love A-10 pilots. They are all crazy as hell, and do a great job. The guys dragging wheels across the water have balls that clank, period. That guy at the end almost shat himself.
