haha...those guys in the far east are funny...pushing people in the train to get more passengers aboard was quite entertaining to watch..and now this

this idea has been around for years....and it will remain what it is - a fantasy

this would probably never be approved by any aviation authority.
It`s crazy what slightly different seats or even just a door handle of the lavatory require in terms of testing and engineering in order to meet the safety regulations.

It's not just the Chinese looking to do this, Ryanair in the UK are looking to do this too.

I highly doubt the FAA will allow this... Aircraft seats are able to take 16gs of force in a crash, unless they make some super bar stool, it will never happen.
