That doesn't really look like lens dust; it looks to me like sensor dust bunnies bent on destroying your imagery 
. Double check, and if it's still there after a lens cleaning, but a Giottos Rocket Blower.

Yeah sensor dust blows, otherwise nice pics and what an awesome car!
edit: I know Canon Canada cleans sensors for free within 48hrs. So if you have Canon you may give your local one a shot.
