Looks like the Batmobile or Speed Racer. Sorta not feeling it much, but maybe it will grow on me.

That car needs to be detailed. Lot of scratches in the paint.

I don't get it, some sites are calling it a concept car, other are calling it a specially built one-off. So, which one is it?
