loved the roof on the murcie roadster, that's great to hear!

Oh.. exceptional answer.. haha I thought the Full automatic hard top.. And sure that looks like a Transformer!! But when we think the rumor that Roadster will come out at Geneva, then Lambo S.p.A. has no time to make a transformer..

The only answer I have at the moment is that the roof will be much more usable and will look much better than Murcielago's. Don't know how I should even explain this.
G-successor is coming in 2013, car isn't even in active testing phase yet. Thing is that they want to launch it as late as they can to bring the launch closer to new R8 launch, both cars will share majority of parts.
Aventador Roadster is ready and certified as a producting car in both EU and US. Some guys already seen pics of actual real car. The only open question is launch timing, while more and more hints suggest Geneva, I'm not 100% firm on this.

My theory:
Hopefully Lambo has so many orders coming in for the Aventador and count on having the same amount of orders for the Aventador Roadster that they don't need to launch the Gallardo yet. Most likely the factory doesn't have the capacity to meet the demand of orders for both Aventador, Avt Roadster AND a new Gallardo. So while putting all their workforce into building Aventadors they can without problems go another year with only very few Gallardo orders. The benefit of being a "small" car company
