Just received an update from my Lamborghini dealer. Apparently I can expect a small delay in the delivery of my car as the factory are trying to resolve a number of minor issues before they start delivering customer cars. My dealers first customer car is now expected at the end of October and I can expect my car to be ready for delivery in the second week of December.

Whilst the delay is only relatively short, it does make the wait that little bit more painful!

I can only begin to imagine how excited you must be to take delivery of your beast... take adv of the factory scene, once in a lifetime experience you wont find anywhere else...

 

May I ask how much did your spec cost? will be relocating to the UK next year

 

My dealer has advised that my car is expected to come off the production line during the week beginning 5th December, so now it is getting very excited.

Having discussed the delivery with my dealer, I decided not to collect it from the factory anymore, i will have it delivered to my house. I think a factory collection in the summer would be fantastic but in mid december, the car may get damaged driving over the Alps. At least this way, my son will see the car as a brand new (clean) car which he is very excited about!

So based on the latest information, I hope to have the car by around 16th December. I am obviously very excited and have already had the garage repainted in preparation!
