I'm searching to hav a really race sound on my gallardo SE.
What are your advise for straigth pipes or race exhaust ?
Will a decat one light on the engine light ?

i'm not sure how things are in france but i guess you could get in trouble driving a gallardo straigt pipes on the road, don't you?

 

decat = check engin light and no passing smog test if that's a concern

LOC, Fabspeed, Kreissieg, Larini are some choices.

If money is no object, I'd go with kreissieg. It sounds like F1 and has a switch for loud/quiet.

Otherwise, for about $3k parts, you can choose amongst the others. LOC is throaty, fabspeed is deeper, larini is higher pitch. My vote is LOC but that's all based on opinion. You can look up sound on youtube to give you a quick comparison. Hearing it in person is much better though.

 

Yes we can have some trouble with straigth pipe in France, but I love to leave dangerously ...
