Lamborghini Murcielago LP 580 vs 640
Hi !
I'm writing you from France .
I'm Emmanuel in the north of France , and it's my first post on this incredible forum .
I'm a Porsche fan and after a lot of different 911 (the last one is a 997 GT3 RS MK1) I would like to move to Lamborghini .
I need some advice from you guys .
Is there a huge difference between a murci 580 and 640 (chassis , motor , ...) ?
Is the Egear on the murci 580 a good gearbox ? I heard that on murci 580 the manual gearbox is better .
Thanks !

Hi.
So, I've driven a lp 580. It is nothing like a 560 or a 570 or a 640, you know what? Its not a lambo at all. Its a VW Golf! And I have asked the lambo guys to give me a manual car, but since it being in 2020s they got rid of all the manuals. I came back to 2011 only to write this. Kthxbai.

e-gear is in general not the best sequential gearbox, on the lp640 it is improved and faster but still not as good as ferraris f1 etc...on the first murcielago, well on the facelift one has to say as it was only available since the gallardo was out, i think you should always take the manual

I've got a friend with an LP750. Seriously. Well, that's what Edo calls it after they finished their engine mods on it. Pic of said car after the mods here: He's currently running it at the Targa Newfoundland with some decals.
