Nope that is H.H Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan from the Abu Dhabi royal family.. He is half brother to the ruler and president of Abu Dhabi and U.A.E H.H Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan..

The owner of the Aventador P-8/X-8 is H.E Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Makhtoum from the Dubai royal family.. He is the ruler of Dubai's son..
