Actually, in reply to what's been mentioned above: Oakley Design will have the first of 6 cars completed in 4 weeks, 6 editions are being made, one of them is the investor's personal car, with 4 of the other 5 already have been sold. The last 1 is going for just over £300k. Pirelli have also confirmed having one of the finished cars on their stand at this year's SEMA.

Saying it's not technically possible is the lowest form of bullshit I've read here thus far. You can take a car apart and rebuild it however you want, funds and know-how permitting.

The same kind of things were said about the Oakley 458 Italia just after the press releases went out, proceeded by 7 editions being made for some extremely happy customers.

 

Oakley Designs have a very bad reputation with a lot of people for a reason. They shafted a lot of customers who had ordered and paid for their Porsche parts when they liquidated the company, then resurfaced paying no one back modifying Ferraris and this Lambo. Nice way to do business.

John Oakley has a very bad reputation in Porsche circles.

 

i'm not at liberty to comment on that, what i'm posting is in regards to the speculation that the Oakley Aventador will never happen.
