does this car have the folding vents that were mentioned before its release? If so, I have yet to see a pic with them open

Not sure if you are referring to the VACS wings like on the Murci? If so, then no. According to an article in the latest EVO magazine, the LP700 has no VACS vents because the coolers are located in the rear and cooled by the Gallardo-esque side intakes. The VACS on the Murci was used to vent hot engine air that could not be mitigated by the front-mount cooler design.

That's what I read anyway. What is being shown in the picture above I am not sure.
