German magazine Auto Motor & Sport recently had an article about the coming 15 years for Lamborghini. Among other things they said in 2018 we will have a Lamborghini LP850 Jota They also said the Gallardo successor might be called Cabrera, but we all know that's just a funny rumour started by one of our TS members hehe.

Anyway I did a quick check on some trademark databases in order to see if there have been any recent registrations made by Automobili Lamborghini Holding S.p.A. Two interesting trademarks were registered after 2008. RADICARBON, and URUS. Will be interesting to see what they will do with these names.

 

Urus name was already revelead upon the teasing online of the Estoque.
Its suppose to use the Aventador carbon tub but the V12 will be much more powerfull.
As the Aventador is a production car, just like the 599, the Urus will be limited and rumors say that the Enzo sucessor is the target.

 

"Urus" has been trademarked for a while now.

Source? I highly doubt this.

 

There are rumors about Lambo's hypercar targeting Enzo successor to be launched in 2013 to celebrate Lambo's anniversary. Its only rumors, but they are circulating since long ago. I was told to expect interesting things in 2013, but wasn't told what those things are exactly yet.

BTW, Aventador Roadster is coming soon enough, next year. It'll be equipped with retractable CF panel, all other specs remains the same.

OH MY GOD! I nearly cried when I saw those pics! I think I might have a new favorite color. Too bad that I haven't seen a grigio estoque aventador with black wheels, they all have silver. Would look 10x meaner with black. Let me try to photoshop some lol.
