When replacing the serpentine belt on an '02 Murci, the service manual says to use a belt tension check tool that measures hertz. Where do you find this tool?

Many european car and bike makers have switched to hertz to measure tension. An easy way to measure it if you're a DIY person is simply to record it on a microphone or your phone and then to check the frequency with a program like Goldwave or any other sound program that will show hertz.

People are a little particular about introductions and manners. Also, try google first and then share your findings. This way you're contributing right off the bat so people will be more helpful when you really are stuck.
