Thumbs up LA 2010: Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante pics

First live pics. I must admit car looks really gorgeous.

"Lamborghini didn't commandeer a space at the LA Auto Show itself, preferring to host an exclusive gathering across town for the reveal of the Gallardo Spyder Performante. As usual, even though we're speaking of a subtly tweaked Gallardo Spyder whose finest revelations couldn't even be seen, it was worth the trip.

The lightweight droptop sheds more than 140 pounds versus the standard offering, and gains a meaner visage to make its point. The eye candy that could be seen - additional eye candy, that is - was wrapped in Alcantara and carbon fiber, and would you get a look at those tailpipes..."

it was supposed to have a glass bonnet over the engine. that's what one of the new features was supposed to be. was so looking forward to see how they would do that.

agree, the stripes are too scuderia wannabe...
but without them, It's exactly what I expected.

You can get the same look if you get a LP560-4 Spyder and add the BF performance bodykit.

Nice car indeed. However I prefer the LP560-4 Spyder any day of the week.

Hardcore versions fits the coupe much better....

I hoped for better performance honestly speaking. With this acceleration I would get myself nice LP560-4 Spyder too. This car is amazing looking, but it definitely lacks purpose. Not a cruiser like Spyder, not a track oriented machine like SL.

BTW, welcome to the Team MONACO BODYGUARDS!!!

Great pics, I really like the white on the front splitter. If the car is painted in orange for example will this part be painted orange?
