This is the 1 of 2 LP560-4 Polizia police car given from Lamborghini to the italian Police, it's used for the human organs transportation and used in the highway.

But I know if I were to have an LP560 wrapped up like a police vehicle but had no means of showing local jurisdiction, ie NYPD, and no lights. It'd be perfectly legal.
