Actually its more like $1800 annual.
The oil changes are actually amazing, as these cars carry about 20 Litres of engine oil.

Overall for an Exotic, they are great for maintanance when compared to a Ferrari or other Italian Supercar.

I dont mean to bring up a slightly old thread, but I may be making the hop into a gallardo really soon. I would have NEVER thought about one until a certain friend nudged me. The car is an 04, Silver and E-gear with 6k miles, new clutch, all services and reprogrammings done. I love the color (as its one of the few that doesnt shout LOOK but still looks stunning). I am worried however about its reliability overall. The other car I can move into is a normal 997 turbo but I have owned a good deal of porsches so Im looking for a bit more of a thrill factor...any thoughts?

Rather have your C4S than a Gallardo to be honest, unless you're thinking of the LP560.
