Where does everyone go for service on Lambos in SF Bay Area? I would like to establish a relationship with a shop that can do clutch job on modern lambos.

I am disgusted with Lamborghini of San Francisco. They ripped me off by charging me for work that was never done. I had bad experience with their sales and service.

 

Not done or written up and forgotten about? I know that in either case the results are the same however the the mindset is different.

I only ask because Roy has shared good things about them.

A bunch of things were written up as completed but never even touched. The worse part is they won't refund my money even after admitting the work wasn't done. They basically said I paid already so the work has to be completed by them at this point. It's a G.

 

Thank you for the update and based on that which was shared by you; disturbing is the word that comes to mind. I have no idea to what level you have pursued the situation however if all is as shared then I would encourage you to move up the proverbial food chain within the dealership as I suspect a ear will be found that is willing to listen even if that which your share is not that which they want to hear.

I'd file a complaint with your state's Attorney General. I know we have laws against that kind of stuff up here and they are really strict about it. Charging for work not performed that you discovered is a giant no-no.

There is no doubt that the AG's office frowns on practices such as this and will surely look into it however this approach could burn a bridge that whether you like it or not may need to be crossed again in the future.

The service manager told me if I dispute the charges I would not be welcomed there in the future. I was shocked by such strong words. The general manager is even worse. They aren't happy because I bought the car from a 3rd party. What a bunch of cocks.

dispute it and don't give them anymore business. there are plenty of places to purchase a lamborghini other than SF

 

That speaks enough to their character to not deal with them in the future.
