Yes and it was purchased by a SFL convicted Ponzi schemer, then confiscated by federal agents, along with many other cars and boats (430 Spider, Phantom DHC, Veyron, Bentley CGTC, Aquariva, etc.).

It is going to be a wierd auction...first time the Goverment has done it this way. Normaly a bond is placed and you can phone or computer bid right up till close..

but this one you have to be present to bid, have to place a deposite (LARGE ONE) on each and EVERY car you want to bid..

Also first tiem goverment is making EVEN FLORIDA Licensed Dealers pay the State 6% sales tax...

When I questioned my Govt source on this...the answer was they want to get the money fast and distributed back to the scam loosers ASAP. PLUS they want all bidders preent, they will be background check to make sure they have no connection to the case or the defendant..

Scott Rothstein's assets?

I believed his troubles started way before the Lp670-sv came out? How was he still able to afford one?
