Sooooo... whats up with this ebay auction?

Is the guy really stupid or am I missing something? He claims "after market exhaust"....

but i'll be damned if it doesn't look like two wastegates sitting in that engine bay...

TT Gallardo for 89k? Deal of the century?

Lamborghini : Gallardo : eBay Motors (item 180464350080 end time Feb-11-10 15:04:53 PST)

Am I missing something?

On Feb-02-10 at 18:07:04 PST, seller added the following information:

I had many emails asking if this car has a salvage title because of the accident history.. I have the title on hand and it has a CLEAR TITLE. I bought the car with a clear title and in good condition. I had no idea it was in an accident. From driving the car and inspecting it I couldnt tell. I hope this clears up some things for everyone. Thank you

Salvage title makes a lot of sense.

It's probably got a Corvette engine with Lambo heads.

Definitely a scammer who goes from buying books, iphone parts and a acura headlight to selling Lambo's. I had my ebay account cracked once came home from work one day and had over 50 messages with questions about the STI and the Wrangler I was supposedly selling.

I keep hearing about hijacked eBay accounts. How does that even work - they got lucky guessing your password?!

Pretty much, It wasn't a difficult password in the first place. I don't think it would be hard to write a program to pull ebay user id's out of listings then use the top 100 password list to guess passwords. Probably get 1 successful login every few days.

No way it is not a scam, Forge wheels. I believe the seller would have actually taken the time to type HRE wheels.
