Officially official - the name is Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. One source already has full official photo gallery, but he refused to send me them, he knows that I will not be able to resist and post them here. LOL. But here are few interesting leaks - LP570-4 SL is the fastest Lamborghini on Nürburgring ever built, it is official information. It is also the very last special version of current Gallardo, this is likely to mean that there will be no hardcore RWD version and replacement will arrive a little bit earlier than we think.

Good info!

However, Lambo are hardly going to say they'll be bringing out a more hardcore version later. I hope they will, I wasn't that bowled over by the SL

I hope they will bring out LP590-2 SV or something similar later, yes I agree with you, it is hard to see Lambo saying that more hardcore version just around the corner, when they need to push SL hard now. I guess we just need to wait, but still such information exists as for now.

Do you think they would push another RWD model after the Balboni? Don't get me wrong I certainly hope they do! LP600-2 SV!

It is hard to tell if they would make one more RWD G, they are concentrating on the upcoming SL now. I guess everything depends on sales and on how fast Lambo will be able to bring G successor to the market.

Btw, how many Balbonis are sold? I heard, that it isn't so successfull, as Lamborghini expected. And if this is true, I don't think, Lamborghini will launch new RWD model

I think they got the pricing of the Balboni completely wrong - loaded it with options. With 250 built it was hardly going to cannibalise the LP560. The rumours of 2WD into the Gallardo range later in the year will allow people to buy lower spec 560-2's
