It might snow here in Atlanta this weekend. If it does you can bet I'm going to bring the Lambo out for a photo op.

In ceramics there is likely a "random" pattern - early PCCB systems experienced cracking due to uniform drilling. If you look at 993/996 PCCBs and compare them to 997 PCCBs, you will notice the difference in drilling pattern.

I am assuming it is the same with other ceramic systems, at least on the ones I've seen that's been the case.

^ That's what I meant, Roy.
That's crazy. Wonder why they still do it on steel brakes.

I believe steel brakes can hold up to the normal cross drilling and do not require the warm up cycles that ceramics do. I know Novitec switches back to steelies on their 599, and we have customers who will not track w/ PCCBs as they prefer the durability, drivability, and characteristics of the steel brakes. The ceramics are awesome on the track from what I understand, of course. To each his own!

Keep it up Roy that is awesome!!!

Yeah I've read about the PCCB on tracks vs street, etc. Benefits of both, blah blah. Just didn't know Ceramics needed uneven drill holes. That's interesting. Rep!
