Can't wait for the day when, say, EVO does a road/track comparison between the Urus, FX70, McLaren's F1 replacement, Porsche's GT1, etc...let's hope!

Yes, test by EVO and episode by TG, that would be the test every car enthusiast can only dream of. Lets hope that rumors are true and we will see such a test somewhen.

Yep, and I'm still hopefull of a forthcoming Veyron replacement. That'd be the one they'd give to James May to drive.

Those pics of the Bugatti test mule really got me thinking how bad ass a raw race version of the Veyron would be. Skip the luxury, leather and comfort. Switch it with Alcantara, carbonfiber and a pure race set up to lose at least 100kg and juice it up with another 100-200 hp and make it a limited version of 200 units max. Wouldn't mind one of those...

It should be interesting to see if Lamborghini can finally enter the realm of sophisticated super cars.
I was always wondering why VW pumping so much money in Bugatti to develop Veyron and now for developing future Bugattis, but they are very very stingy on future Lamborghini cars, may be now they changed their strategy and next generation of Lamborghinis will be not only super-fast, but also will adopt new technologies to compete with Ferrari and McLaren.

Veyron replacement is rumored to be much more lighweight and efficient than Veyron. This all what I know as for now.

If the Veyron Gran Prix is a real project, many rumors from very credible sources suggest it is, it will be built in much lower production numbers - few dozens of cars are maximum, there is no information if this car is planned as an edition or as an independent model with its own production run. I will post if I hear more information from credible sources.
