3/30/300/3000 Program
Definitions
1. Three days: Means 72 hours from time of drop off by CATS EXOTICS authorized transporter, when buyer takes possession and signs for delivery.
2. Thirty Gallons: Means a gift card pre-loaded to $90.00 (equates to $3.00 per gallon) and sent to customer prior to vehicle arrival and theirs to keep or use regardless if they return the car or not.
3. Three Hundred miles: Means beginning with the mileage as stated and signed for at time of delivery, verified and initialed by transport driver, 300 miles from point of drop off. $25.00 per mile charge for every mile over 300 if vehicle is returned.
4. Three Thousand Dollars: Means Cats Exotics will pay UP TO $3,000.00 USD for any mechanical repair, not discovered during a PPI, that the car may need. Repairs must be done at a licensed service facility approved by Cats Exotics and Cats Exotics must approve of the estimate prior to any work beginning.
Conditions
1. PPI is required in order to qualify for the program. PPI must be performed at facility of Buyer’s choice and at Buyers expense prior to shipment and delivery.
2. Financing of vehicle under direct sale or lease must be provided via Cats Exotics or full payment in USA Funds via buyer direct in order to qualify for the program.
3. If vehicle is returned, Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges via enclosed carrier. Buyer must notify Cats Exotics in writing via E-mail of their intent to return vehicle PRIOR to 72 hour expiration. Buyer has 10 calendar days to return vehicle via enclosed carrier to destination of Cats Exotics request. If re-delivery of vehicle exceeds 10 calendar days, Buyer shall be responsible for a late return fee in the amount of $350.00 per day until the vehicle reaches its destination. Vehicle must be returned in like condition.
4. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of vehicles return to Cats Exotics and any amounts due Cats Exotics will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exclusions
1. Vehicles exported out of the lower 48 USA States;

2. NEW open MSO cars, first owner

Not all vehicles qualify for this program. Ask a Cats Exotics representative to verify whether or not a specific vehicle qualifies for this program prior to purchase.
