I hope that tech is charged with GTA.
This shit pissed me off, mainly because I was on the receiving end of this as well, albeit a much cheaper E46 M3.
Also crashed and totalled by a dealership tech.

He was on a business trip. He's a member over on LP and posts here and there. It took him a while to release the whole story but basically that dealer ended up having to get their insurance to purchase that white one from Lambo Ohio to make things right to him. Needless to say he wasnt too happy when he recieved the call about it...
