I keep coming back to this thread because I can't believe how good that Murci looks... God those wheels are so damn sexy. Compared to modern incarnations that Lamborghini has put out, I'd say yours is the most timeless.

congratulations! there's just something special about the murcielago that the gallardo can't touch...

did you look into the fitment issues w/ the RSC LP650 front bumper? On a lot of customer cars, the drivers side area had larger gap - could be from the original mold. Make sure they get that taken care of before you commit.

Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for sharing. Best regards, Alex.
Gallardo has the E-gear which I can't stand. Every time you come to a stop it feels as if it de-engages and re-engages and it gives you a stutter before you are off and rolling. Besides that it's much more drivable, it still has some blind spots when the top is up which is gone if its down, but nothing like the Murci. I went to Pep Boys the first day I had the Murci and bought the goofy round blind spot mirrors and they saved my ass twice already. When you get a Murci you know what to expect though, a lot of noise from the monster V12 inches from you and if you are over 6' and over 215, I apply, it doesn't exactly feel like your lazy boy in the living room. But then again you are driving a spaceship that everybody you pass lunges deep into there pocket to snap 1 or 2 pics with there camera phone before you are out of focus. I wouldn't push this car like a GT3RS down 83 south, baltimore's public racetrack, but it still is just as fun.

I have a lot more confidance driving the Gallardo into turns then the Murci. The Gallardo's turn in is much quicker and it doesn't seem to snowplow like the Murci does. You can turn the wheel on the Murci and it doesn't always go where you want it to. I love them both from a exhaust note and a looks standpoint but I would not give up a GT3RS for either! It's still the king.

Personally I like the black wheels best.
I powder coated the wheels gloss black to mimic the 2009 option to do so..
