Just checked and the car is a Cat C... this means the car was crashed heavily but has been repaired to a road worthy state. Guess it was cheaper to get some custom bumpers made rather than repairing to a proper standard.

Scary!

Honestly... I LOVE the roof scoop (assuming it's functional). Everything else is fail.
