jason heffner thinks its the best motor and platform he has ever used. there is over 16k miles on waynes orginal kit and no problems with the engine or tunning. he runs carrillo rods and steel sleeves in the block. he says the engine is bullet proof, compared to the viper, ford gt and mustangs he has done in the past. he's running a quad turbo kit for the murci so we shall see what the beast will put down, he has the engine but waiting for the rest of the car to arrive.
i have driven a few fast cars in my life, but the gallardo is the fastiests, fastier than the ford gt with the whipple kit or a highly modded evo with gt-40r turbos. but the sound is loud, its louder than a cgt with straight pipes.
