Matte black accents look cheap. I see the same problem on the MC Corse models coming out for Maserati. It does not allow the design to flow and chops it up. If it's not real carbon fiber, either keep the black to a minimum or get it painted to match the car. I have never been a fan of that - but then again I do not like wild multi color paint jobs or anything of that nature.
Thanks for the pics! It's nice to see in the flesh.

AH - I couldn't see that til the last few pics. My fault. I'm with you though, I think it looks stupid... And that wing

Probably a smart business model in this economy not to be holding 5+mill in cars that wont sell for a year no?

While I probably agree with you, no inventory = no income guaranteed. Still have fixed costs to cover. They need SOMETHING (assuming they do not take new orders?) and I wonder if financial arrangements can be altered while they finance the cars in their inventory.

While I think the car is a bit too busy for my liking, I'm really impressed by the attention to detail, especially with so many bespoke details on this car. What really has me surprised is how empty Lamborghini Las Vegas' lower showroom is! Looks like there are only 4-5 cars in there right now but when I visited last November, there were at least 12-15 cars down there! I'm pretty sure the Koenigsegg they had was sent to Symbolic or somewhere in CA but I find it hard to believe they could sell everything else down there and not replace the inventory.
