You are correct, It was not available on a Gallardo until 2007 MY, before that Q-Citura was a Murcielago only option.

That black one is stunning. Hmmm still nothing...Maybe it was not a Lamborghini. I just can not picture the car but the diamond stitch interior is very vivid. I will keep on hunting and when I find it I will post pictures
