Why the LP640 seats are positioned diagonal?!

Hi,

First time I sat on the car I felt weird as I was pointed diagonal then I got used to it but I want to know if their is any reason for positioning the seats this way?

I don't think they had a choice. The transmission well is so thick from the back forwards. Plus with the scissor doors you need a wide door sill. Best way they could fit seats in IMO.

and the wheel well protrudes into the footwell, so they needed to move the pedals and footwell over. Another reason for diagonal seats.

You are making us jealous with all your LP640 questions.
My question to you LP640 owners is, have you have had problems with yours so far?
Even if it was covered under warranty, explain please.

Mine had a o-ring in the powersteering that needed to be replaced. Other than that it has been bulletproof.

The o-ring was faulty at around 1400 miles. I have now around 4000 miles and nothing yet.
