Absolutely NOT. Compare the lines of the teaser with the pics of an LP640. The lines do not match. As for LP560 SL, it is way to early for that.

 

My bet is it's a new grand turismo model. Most likely it'll be aimed at competing with the 612 or something similar.

Looks a little too modern to build on the Miura heritage... It's a tough one - but man am I excited.

 

I'd wager that it's a GT because the text in the pre-release read only, "It's not just a new Lamborghini. It's a new world." All they've been building is midship engine cars, so it's bound to be a GT or sedan.

 

I agree on the GT as well. no way is it related to the LP or Gallardo. This could be interesting....

 

yep, something like a new Espada... I can't imagine that there'll be a four-door Lamborghini or another "supercar". A GT like the 599,612 etc. is IMO a possible way to create a new car. Maybe with a modified RS6 engine etc. but I'm going to bet that the new one will have the engine in front of the driver.

 

looking at both 560 and 640 around the front I think the front doors should be visible. but on the picture posted it isn't.. the door is much further back.

they can make superleggera variations, but they wouldn't move the doors back.

I can't see how either of these cars are going to be the model from which the presented pics are taken.

Therefore i really think it is a completely new body, which is very strange considering no spy pics.

Great point thanks for posting pics to compare I think it might me a GT or perhaps a 4 door coupe won't be long now we'll know in a little over a week

 

I believe it is a front engine car. Look how long the nose is.
