Murci @ 150k???

Murcielago @ 149k on Autotrader

Not affiliated with the seller, but what the hell is going on here? Last time I checked Murcielagos were north of 200k, and now this bad boy is at 149k!

Ok, it has 28,000 miles (and probably a salvage title) ... but it's still yellow and manual!

Anyone familiar with this car?

edit - and another one at 140k!!!! 2002 Murci @139 on Autotrader

The car is clean! No salvage title! He's a a car dealer and this is his personal car. It was the "Press" car in 2002. Yes it has alot of miles, but no car was ever serviced more precisely than this one. He justed painted the wheels black and yellow. www.premierautohaus.com

'02's were very problematic. My '05 only made service visits to the dealer....the problem with used cars is that you have no idea what the previous owner did, how he drove it....

For those miles and year the price seems right. I agree with Robert when it comes to exotics, you don't know how the car was driven.

Fixed that for you. There may be a difference when it comes to repairs cost, though. ah!

Yup. New costs more, but the peace of mind it buys is worth it in my opinion. Not to mention that you get to break it in. Nothing like that new car smell too.
