I run 44psi in tires, dont use cruise control which is at least .5mpg in itsself.

The 5.4 gets terrible mpg the 6.2s do a lot better.

This summer I ONLY used the truck to drive 2 miles to the beach because I didn't want to ride down route 1 and get hit every single day and that was the ONLY place I drove the truck. I think I got 11mpg avg there and the truck never even got warmed up to probally 150*.

They aren't as bad on gas as everyone thinks.
