Pretty sure its super crew. Ford only has 3 cabs right? Regular, super cab (which is 2 full doors) and super crew which is 4 full doors, like yours. Was something different with the classification in 2011?

I think it's a super crew unless I've been wrong for the past 10 years

Its a Super Crew, also known as a Crew Cab. Super Cab is the Extended cab. Dodge, Chevy, Ford all call them different names but 4 full doors will have crew in it Super Crew and Crew cab are interchangeable.
