FS: 2011 Subaru WRX STI Sedan

2011 Dark Grey Metallic. Single owner, purchased new by me at Power Subaru in Phoenix, Arizona in December 2010. Car is currently located in the Fresno, CA area.
100% trouble/accident free. All required service done at Subaru dealerships (all records available). Another child on the way, so I need a car that's a bit more practical. NO TRADES.
Title free and clear.
Approximately 15,8xx miles. Car will continue to be used as my daily driver to work, so this number will go up.
Adult-driven, 90% highway, 10% city.
No modifications aside from a hardwired radar detector up by the driver's side top windshield (detector is not included, but I can leave the wire or remove it before the sale).

Interior is perfect. Grey Alcantara/black leather seats, red stitching, even still has the airbag warning tag on the passenger glove box! Bluetooth/iPod port standard. Factory options include auto-dim rear view mirror with compass and carbon-fiber trunk lid trim. Backseat has been used maybe twice by my wife and daughter.

Exterior is 98%.
Expected front bumper/hood paint chips from highway driving.
Small, penny-sized spider crack on passenger side front windshield from a highway rock. This was repaired and guaranteed not to spread by Safelite or they will replace the glass (I have this documentation).
Small ding in passenger front door from some careless idiot opening their door on the car. No associated paint damage; this can easily be knocked out by paintless dent repair. I haven't done it because it's difficult to see and doesn't bother me enough. Cost to fix (approximately $100 is reflected in price if you wish to have this fixed).
This car has ALWAYS been cared for by me with handwashing/waxing, two bucket technique; it has NEVER seen the inside of an automated car wash, interior routinely vacuumed and cleaned with 303 Aerospace Protectant.

Has remainder of 36 months/36,000 miles factory warranty.

I really do enjoy this car. But with baby #2 on the way, I should be responsible and get something else

Family>cars. Totally understandable. Hopefully the Subie will go to a good home. Congrats on your growing family!

Pics of the repaired windshield crack as requested by someone on another forum. Key used as a size reference. Yes, the car is dirty. Still my DD:
