It's a great deal for a 1-Owner GT3 CPO'd with such short miles, most of the other cars out there have 20,000+ miles with multiple owners.

That's pretty much the norm. Like BMW's 6 year / 100k CPO is based off the in service date and "only" 2 year / 50k mi more than the factory warranty. Since the above 07 is already a couple years out of factory warranty, this is technically even better.
